Carlton at Hamilton Mill is a gated community in the Hamilton Mill area of Gwinnett County. Built by local Atlanta builder, Winmark Homes, Carlton at Hamilton Mill features a mixture of townhomes priced from the $190,000s and single-family homes priced from the low $200,000s.

The townhomes at Carlton at Hamilton Mill offer two dual master suites or three bedrooms with two and one half baths. There are six different townhome floorplans available for homeowners to choose from, and some of the options available are two-story family rooms, islands in the gourmet kitchen, walk-in closets, open floorplans, dual vanity in master bath and bonus/game rooms.

Homeowners can choose between four floorplans for the single-family homes.
