Kairos Development Corporation was founded 20 years ago by Jack G. Williams and H. Arthur Rountree. Kairos (ki-ros) is a Greek work meaning identifying crucial moments to perform accurately in order to achieve a goal and meet the needs of all. The company’s success is based upon wise planning, attention to detail and a firm understanding of real estate.

Kairos co-founder and Atlanta native Jack G. Williams has been in the real estate industry since the mid 1980s and has developed more than $300 million in real estate assets in residential, retail and office properties. The company has received many outstanding awards, including most noticeably, the 2005 Development of Excellence Award presented by the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Regional Business Coalition for multi-use urban development and environmental buffer provided by The Aramore on Peachtree Road.
