Isakson-Barnhart’s Peachtree Hills PlaceSM is a new luxury continuing care retirement community (CCRC) soon to break ground in the historic Peachtree Hills area of Buckhead. Promising a new level of luxury and amenities for mature buyers, the community offers concierge health services, a full fitness center and spa, as well as an array of personal services. Peachtree Hills Place will offer easy access to top-notch healthcare and the feel of a five star resort.
In terms of physical wellness, Peachtree Hills Place will meet members’ needs with concierge health services – a new concept that limits a doctor’s practice to a certain number of patients. From preventive measures supporting overall wellness to rehabilitation and medical monitoring, the health services will meet the needs of members at every stage of life. Members can be served by the full-time geriatrician in the on-site clinic, or they can take advantage of home health services. When needs increase, members always have a place in The Terraces, the community’s Medicare-certified skilled nursing and memory-care facility.
